Summer Studio Intensive: Pottery & Mosaic August 3–7 | Ages 8–13 Join us for a special week of hands-on creativity focused on pottery and mosaic at The Art Nest. During this extended studio week, artists will spend their days working with clay and tile in a calm, supportive environment designed to encourage exploration and confidence. We’ll experiment with handbuilding techniques, surface textures, glazing, and mosaic design while allowing plenty of time for creativity to unfold naturally. Throughout the week, artists will create their own pottery and mosaic pieces and contribute to a collaborative studio artwork that will remain part of The Art Nest. This week is perfect for children who enjoy working with their hands and want more time to explore materials at a relaxed and thoughtful pace. • August 3–7 • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM • Small group (limited to 12 artists) • All materials included • Pottery kiln-fired for later pick-up • Artists bring a labeled lunch, snack, and water bottle At The Art Nest, we focus on process, patience, and the joy of creating — not perfection.
