Service Description

2nd grade-5th grade Winged Adventures is a creative class designed for fledglings who are ready to explore new materials, build skills, and follow their ideas a little further. Students will experiment with a variety of art processes, such as painting, collage, and mixed media, while learning to problem-solve, collaborate, and express their unique creative voice. This class encourages curiosity, confidence, and creative risk-taking in a supportive, community-centered environment. This class is a natural next step for students moving on from Nest Explorers and a strong foundation for those preparing for Soaring Artists. Skills & Experiences Include: Exploring multiple art materials and techniques Building creative confidence and independence Developing ideas from start to finish Sharing and collaborating in a studio setting Each new session offers a new experience! For our next series, we’ll be exploring "The Art of Texture!" Artists will experiment with a variety of materials, tools, and techniques to discover how texture, pattern, movement, and dimension can bring artwork to life. We’ll explore both real and implied texture through hands-on creative processes, including: * Weaving * Printmaking * Painting * Collage * Mixed Media & More! Each week will offer a new opportunity to experiment, explore, and create while building artistic skill.
