More often, it unfolds quietly through reflection, intention, and the willingness to nurture what is ready to emerge. Join us for an evening of sound, creativity, and self-discovery as we explore the theme of Growth through a restorative sound bowl journey, guided reflection, and intuitive painting. Together, we'll create space to slow down, listen inward, and connect with the possibilities unfolding within us. Your experience includes: • Sound Bowl Journey with Brien Egan • Guided Reflection Prompts • Intuitive Painting Experience • Integration & Sharing Circle Throughout the evening, you'll be invited to explore: • What area of my life is asking to grow? • What is supporting—or hindering—that growth? • What am I ready to nurture moving forward? Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle into the space. We will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Please bring: • Yoga mat or floor mat • Pillow or cushion • Blanket (optional) • Comfortable clothing suitable for relaxation and painting No artistic experience is necessary. All painting materials are provided. Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, inspired, and more deeply connected to yourself and your next chapter. Space is limited.
